1900t/h超临界锅炉水冷壁温度监测与安全分析
Monitor and analysis of the water wall temperature of 1 900t/h supercritical boiler
【摘要】 针对沁北发电厂600MW超临界压力锅炉膜式水冷壁型式,通过数值方法模拟了多种工况下水冷壁的温度场,分析了背火侧两个关键点的温差与向火侧危险点温度的关系,拟合出了关系式。此关系式可用于向火侧壁温的在线监测。文章还根据数值模拟结果对沁北电厂水冷壁管径的选择进行了评价。
【Abstract】 Many membrane water wall temperature field of 600MW supercritical boiler of Qinbei power plant was calculated in many work conditions by numerical method.Based on analysis of relation between the temperature difference of two key points on backside and the temperature of severe points on fireside,a formula can be fitted.The formula can carry out on-line monitoring temperature of severe points. This paper also makes appraise on the choosing diameter of the water wall tube.
