【摘要】 目的建立牛蒡子提取物中木脂素含量测定方法,控制牛蒡子提取物有效成分含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法,以C18柱,甲醇-水(1∶1.1)为流动相,以牛蒡苷为对照,用校正因子法测定牛蒡苷、牛蒡苷元、拉帕酚C和拉帕酚H的含量。结果本法重现性好,回收率高,准确度高,牛蒡苷、牛蒡苷元、拉帕酚C和拉帕酚H的含量总和50%以上。结论用本法可不提供牛蒡苷元、拉帕酚C和拉帕酚H含量测定的对照品,只需鉴别和定位用的对照品即可。本法可以基本控制牛蒡子总木脂素的含量,为今后牛蒡子木脂素含量测定提供方便、可行的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: TO establish a HPLC method to determine contents of Lignans in Frucyus Arctii’s Extracted,and to control the content of the effective constituents of Frucyus Arctii’s Extracted.Methods: By means of HPLC,Using a C18 phase column and methanol-water(1:1.1) as mobile phase and using arctiin as contrast,to determine the contents of Arctiin,Arctigenin,Lappaol C and Lappaol H with corrected factor mehod.Results: The method is outstanding in reproducibility,recovery ratio and accuracy.The content of Arctiin,Arctigenin,Lappaol C and Lappaol H reaches 50% and above.Conclusion: Instead of the contracts in determination of contents of Arctiin,Arctigenin,Lappaol C ang Lappaol H,the contracts are required only in identification and immobilization.The medhod is capable on the whole in determination of the content of Lignans in Frucyus Arctii’s and will make a good role in quantitative determination of Lignans in Frucyus Arctii’s in the future researches.更多还原
