【摘要】 目的探讨晕康胶囊对实验性血栓形成的作用。方法采用大鼠动-静脉旁路血栓形成法,测定晕康胶囊对大鼠体内血栓形成的影响。结果晕康胶囊高、中剂量组及眩晕停阳性对照组血栓湿重均明显低于空白对照组(P<0.05),而晕康胶囊高、中剂量组血栓湿重与眩晕停阳性对照组比较无显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论晕康胶囊具有抑制体内血栓形成的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect of Yun Kang Capsule(YKC) on experimental thrombosis. Methods: Rat ’s thromboses induced by the arteriovenous shunt were used to study the effect of YKC on thrombus. Results: The wet-weight of thrombus in YKC groups of high and moderate dosage and Diphenidol group was significantly lower than that in control (p<0.05),while there was no significant differences between YKC groups of high and moderate dosage and Diphenidol group in the wet-weight of thrombus(p<0.05).Conclusion: YKC can significantly inhibit the thrombosis.更多还原
