棕色彩棉产量器官的碳水化合物代谢
Carbohydrate Metabolism of the Brown Cotton Yield Organs
【摘要】 研究了棕色彩棉及湖南文理学院1号常规白色棉优势部棉铃的碳水化合物代谢.比较了铃壳、纤维和种子之间的蔗糖、还原糖、酸性转化酶和ATP酶的差异,并结合这些部位的物质积累特点进行了分析;针对棕色彩棉的发育特征,着重探讨了棕彩棉和常规棉的种子、纤维及铃壳的碳水化合物代谢特点.
【Abstract】 The carbohydrate metabolism of the superiority cotton bells of brown cotton and HUAS No.1 white convention cotton was studied.Difference of sucrose reduction sugar,acidity invertin and the ATP enzyme between the bell shells,fibers and seeds were compared and analyzed by combining the material accumlation characteristics of these parts.according at the growth characteristic of the brown cotton,the metabolism characteristics of the seeds,fibers and cotton shells of the colorful cotton and the convention cotton was focnsed on,which will enrich the physiology research of the colorful cotton.
