【Abstract】 The on-line chromatographic preconcentration high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) has been used to determine the trace concentration of carbofuran in water. The parameters of on-line pre-concentration (breakthrough volume, flow rate, reproducibility) and reasonableness of experiment are discussed in this paper. Detection limit of 0.05 μg/L and correlation coefficient of (0.998 5) are obtained using UV-Vis detector.更多还原
