【摘要】 针对成都及周边地区电子政务的需求特点,研究架构低成本公共信息平台的关键技术。以电子政务应用为引导,通过对Linux操作系统、NC网络计算机、服务器、网络设备、安全产品、应用软件、电子政务平台软件等的综合研究和系统集成,在中国西部不同程度信息化建设的地区建立起一个从市区延伸到县、镇(乡)的结构合理、低成本、经济、实用、安全可靠的,可以开展电子政务和其他应用的公共信息平台,解决数字鸿沟问题,实现低成本建设和低成本运行。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the National 863 Experimental Project of China and in view of the demand characteristic of Chengdu and its surrounding area, the author focuses on establishing the key technique of the public information platform at low cost. Guided by the electronic government affairs and by synthetically studying and systematically incorporating the Linux operating system, NC network computer, network equipment, safty equipment and applicable software and so on, the author aims to establish a well-constructed, economical, practical, safe and reliable public information platform extending from the urban district to counties, towns and countrysides in different western regions with different levels of information construction so as to carry out electronic government affairs and other applicable businesses, resolve the problem of digit-gap and realize low-cost construction and operation.更多还原
