关于负极膨胀剂及负极有机膨胀剂(二)——负极有机混合膨胀剂的研究

【摘要】 负极有机膨胀剂木素磺酸钠和腐植酸用于汽车起动用铅酸蓄电池时,表现出较大差异,在低温高倍率放电时,木素磺酸钠配方的电池起动电压要高于腐植酸电池0.3V,放电时间要长出30~90s,然而,随着循环的进行,木素磺酸钠出现了容量及起动性能衰减的现象,腐植酸则性能稳定,充电接受性能好。通过大量试验研究选择并确定了将木素磺酸钠和腐植酸进行混合的负极有机混合膨胀剂,该混合膨胀剂综合了木素磺酸钠和腐植酸的优点,其起动性能好、寿命长(稳定)、充电接受好。

【Abstract】 There is a great difference in performance between lignosulphonate and humic acid.In high rate cold cranking,the cold cranking voltage of the battery containing lignosulphonate is higher than that of cotaining humic acid by 0 3 V,and the discharging time longer than that of containing humic acid by 30~90 s.However,its capacity and starting performance are getting degraded with cycling,while the performance of battery containing humic acid is stable and with a good charge acceptance.In order to combine the merits of both kinds of expanders,a mixture of lignosulphonate and humic acid is chosen as the negative expander on the basis of a large quantity of tests and research,and the battery performances on starting,cycling(stability) and charge acceptance are as good as expected.
