【Abstract】 The Prins reaction of isolongifolene give a mixture of 8-acetexymethylisolongifolene and 8-acetoxymethylcy-cloisolongifolene as the reaction products.It is very difficult to separate them and they have not been separated easier by column chromatography over silica gel.Now we have successfully separated them by the column chromatography over silica gel;their pure can reach to 97.2%.更多还原
