【摘要】 目的评价镍钛手用根管预备器械在根管治疗术中的应用效果。方法选取患牙髓炎和根尖周炎的磨牙80例,分别采用不锈钢和镍钛手用根管预备器械进行根管预备,侧向加压充填法充填根管,治疗前、中、后分别拍摄X线片,比较根管拉直情况以及台阶、器械折断等的发生率。结果不锈钢手用器械组比镍钛手用器械组更易造成根管拉直及台阶,二者差异显著(P<0.01)。结论镍钛手用器械预备根管,成形效果好,并发症少,具有良好的临床应用前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of root canal preparation by nickeltitanium manual instrument.Methods A total of 80 molars from patients (chronic pulpitis and periapical periodontitis) were randomly divided into two groups,and treated in lateral condensation by nitinol root canal File (NTRCF) and Stainless Steel K (SS K) File.Radiographs were taken before and after the preparation.The shortcomings,like transportation,zipping,and instrumentbroken were assessed.Results The treatment by stainless steel instruments are more transportable and zipping than the treatment by nitinol instruments.Conclusion The application of nitinol root canal file makes less shortcomings,and appears to be promising.更多还原
