【摘要】 本文针对罗兰CROMOSET印报机,采用开环控制存在着传送带速度与印报机转速不同步的缺点,提出了在传送带速度上升之前,预先给定一个初始速度使传送带电机在升速之前有一个原动力,并采用闭环控制,从而保证了传送带升速时的速度和印报机转速同步的解决方法,此方法现场运行得到了非常好的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 The CROMOSET printer has the defect that conveyor belt speed and printer speed are not synchronized because of open-loop control. To this defect this paper adopts close-loop control. and preestablishs initiative speed before conveyor belt speed rises. Conveyor belt motor has motivity because of initiative speed. This method can ensure conveyor belt speed and printer speed synchronize and its effect is satisfied in field.更多还原
