【Abstract】 At present, the supply of rural public goods has three problems, they are: insufficiency total quantity of supply, unbalanced structure between supply and demand, and low supply efficiency. These problems have affected agricultural economic development and the enhancement of the peasants’ living standard, and they become a big obstacle to solve the problems among agriculture , country and peasants.
