【摘要】 东北老工业基地民营企业作为东北地区经济结构中重要的组成部分,为东北振兴起着决定性作用。东北的民营企业虽然在改革开放的大潮中得到迅速发展,但总体上却落后于东南沿海经济发达地区。而当前制约着东北民营企业发展的主要因素就是融资问题:观念落后、融资渠道过于狭窄,担保体系不健全等都制约了其发展。因此,在通畅原有融资渠道基础上,有所创新地解决民营企业融资难是东北振兴的“突破口”,也是东北地区民营企业发展的“突破口”。更多还原
