【摘要】 自20世纪60年代以来,地球上的生态环境问题在不断恶化。生态环境的破坏严重阻碍国民经济的增长和社会的发展。我国生态环境问题主要是由于生产的外部不经济、正式制度安排的缺陷和各种灾害造成的。为了保护生态环境,应从政治、经济和法律制度等方面探讨相应的制度对策,努力建立政府的生态行政系统。更多还原

【Abstract】 Eco-environment problems have constantly deteriorated since the 1960s. A country’s GDP increase and social development have seriously damaged the eco-environment.In China the eco-environment problems are derived from the external economies and normal institutional defects and some other natural disasters. To protect the eco-environment,we should seek suitable institutional methods and set up governmental eco-administration system.更多还原
