【Abstract】 This paper mainly analyses the risks of project finance as is a kind of special international loan.Several legal measures are suggested to prevent these risks.This is achievecl by defining the duty of participators,which can effectirely resolve the pessible ridks and conflicts in project finance throngh the insurance offered by both insurance companies and governmental sectors.更多还原
