【Abstract】 Enterprise group is a combination of parent company,subsidiary company,sharing company and other corporations through capital connection.This paper classifies the enterprise group with the character of operation relevancy and market dispersion.Organization framework and management models are designed on this basis.It then discusses the application of this method in DaQing Petroleum Administration Bureau’s inner corporation group operation.更多还原
