【Abstract】 Over 80% of soybean products of in Heilongjiang Province still belong to elementary products.It has not been formed the pattern in scale for traditional,new and health-keeping soybean products.The research of deep processed soybean products in this aspect is still at the starting stage.So,we should optimize the structure of soybean products and improve product quality and enlarge the scale,increase the proportion of high-grade goods,high value added products,technology-intensive,knowledge type products.更多还原
