【摘要】 从8 0年代初期遭到第一次反倾销调查至今,我国企业共遭遇反倾销调查5 32起,我国已经成为国际反倾销调查的最大受害国。鉴于这种情况我国企业应当充分利用WTO争端解决机制积极应诉,并对欧美等国的歧视性立法进行申诉。建立行业协会由行业协会出面应诉,同时企业应当逐步提高自身素质,建立完善的产权制度和财务制度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the first anti-dumping case in the 1980s,Chinese enterprises have been sub ject to 532 cases on anti-dumping.This made China the biggest country undermined by anti-dumping investightion.In this case Chinese enterprises need make full u se of the WTO rules to solve these problems and appeals against discriminating l egislation in Europen countries and the U.S. Many countermeasures can be found t o protect these native enterprises such as the establishment of trade unions,the improvement of their core competence and the perfection of proper right system and accounting system,etc.更多还原
