【Abstract】 The development of electronic commerce brings about new commercial opportunities to the global logistics and transportation industry. Electronic commerce is a kind of activity that the commerce and trade are dealt with by electronic means.It is the electroniclization , networking and automation of business. Electronic logistics is the electroniclization , networking and automation of logistics service.
