【Abstract】 With the enhancement of economic relations among the counties all over the world,capital internationalization has been experiencing a historic procession from naught to occurrence,from small quantity to large quantity.It is noted that capital internationalization has brought about great challenges to many countries,especially the developing countries.It increases the allocation efficiency of capital resource throughout the world.It is assumed that the developing countries should not only be proficient in utilizing the chances along with capital internationalization,but also adopt specific measures to prevent the collisions generated by capital internationalization.更多还原
