【Abstract】 Population and economic issues have been focus of long term attention in the society. Human being the most active factors in prodution, the population growth has a deep impact on the society in many terms such as production, labor, employment, investment, technological pool, national income and its distribution, exchange and consumption. In the cause of revitalizing the old north-east industrial bases, it means much to building up the steady economic growth of resource-typed cities.
