【Abstract】 This paper introduces the role of cumulus cell in oocyte in vitro maturation, elaborates three aspects including the construction and function relations between cumulus cell and oocyte, the influence of cumulus expansion to oocyte in vitro maturation and cumulus layers to oocyte in vitro maturation.更多还原
