【Abstract】 Forty-two dairy buffaloes were used to collect oocytes from ovaries by Bultrasound-guided follicular aspiration(ovum pick up, OPU). Ovum Collection can be done twice a week without side effects on the reproductive performance. Total times were over 100 times. The results showed that the rate of oocyte recovery, an average of reliable oocytes and blastocyst rate were 67%, 3.1 and 24.7% respectively.更多还原
