板坯结晶器电磁制动过程的三维流场数值模拟
Three-dimensional numerical simulation of flow field in the slab mould with electromognetic brake
【摘要】 针对板坯连铸结晶器内的钢液流动特征,利用流场商业软件Fluent,建立了描述板坯结晶器内区域电磁制动过程的三维有限体积数学模型,进行了流场的三维数值模拟研究.通过数值计算,研究了磁场强度、磁场和流场的相互作用位置、拉速和水口侧孔倾角对电磁制动效果的影响,为优化结晶器内的钢液流场,设计合理的电磁制动装置及指导实际生产提供了依据.
【Abstract】 By using the flow field commercial software fluent,a three-dimensional finite-volume mathematical model of region electromagnetic brake process was set up in view of the flow characteristic of molten steel in the slab continuous casting mould to simulate the three-dimensional flow field.Through the numerical computation,the effect of the magnetic induction intensity,the mutual function position between magnetic field and flow field,casting speed and the side port inclination angle of nozzle on the electromagenetic brake were studied,which provided the basis for optimizing the flow field of molten steel in the mould,for designing reasonable electromagnetic brake installation and for instructing actual production.
