用3维重构技术分析足部骨组织的外翻特性
AN ANALYSIS ON THE VALGUS CHARACTERISTICS OF FOOT’S BONE STRUCTURE BY THREE DIMENSIONAL REBUILDING TECHNIQUE
【摘要】 利用先进的MRI扫描技术结合计算机3维重构软件对足部骨组织结构进行了深入的研究.通过对37对足样本的外翻指标和后足角度等10个指标的测量分析,得出扁平足与正常足在多数指标上都有显著性差异(P<0.001),扁平足X光片结果与外翻指标的相关系数r=0.75,与后足角度的相关系数r=0.29.多数的扁平足患者有踝关节向外移动的情况.说明扁平足的产生多由于足距骨前方的舟骨、楔骨及跖骨畸形造成,而后足角度不能体现扁平足与正常足骨结构之间的差异,仅仅体现跟骨与胫骨之间的相对位置关系.
【Abstract】 The advanced MRI image scan technique combined with a three-dimensional reconstruction sofeware is used to study the foot’s function and structure.37 conners’ valgus index and rearfoot angle,etc.are tested.Compared with the X ray images,distinct differences are showed.Valgus index’s pearson correlation coeffcient is 0.75,rearfoot angle’s pearson correlation coefficient is 0.29.The phenomenon that most flatfoots’ valgus index has the minus value illuminates that the monstrosity of navicular,wedge and metatarsus in front of astragalus causes flatfoot.However,rearfoot angle only embodies the position between calcaneus and ankle relatively.It couldn’t explain the difference between flatfoot and normal foot.
