化学交联影响因素和热性能的研究
STUDY ON THERMAL PERFORMANCE AND EFFECT FACTS OF CHEM-CROSSLINK
【摘要】 以LDPE/LLDPE作为基体树脂,添加两种不同化学交联剂来提高其热性能.通过实验确定了最佳的交联时间、交联温度和交联剂用量.实验表明:随着交联剂添加量的增加,凝胶率上升,热性能提高.当交联时间为5min,交联温度为171℃,交联剂用量为1.5%时为最佳反应条件.
【Abstract】 The thermal performance of LDPE and LLDPE were improved by filled the two kinds of crosslinkers. The results show that the best crosslink time is 5 min, the crosslink temperature is 171 ℃, the best content of crosslinker is 1.5% and with the increase of the content of crosslinker, the thermal performance improves.
