【摘要】 目的:检测凋亡抑制蛋白survivin在人乳腺癌中的表达,进一步探讨其在乳腺癌发生发展中的作用。方法:采用免疫组织化学和蛋白印迹技术,研究5 4例乳腺癌组织(其中有腋窝淋巴结转移的33例)及15例乳腺纤维腺瘤组织中survivin蛋白的表达。结果:5 4例乳腺癌组织中survivin蛋白的阳性表达率为72 .5 % ,明显高于癌旁正常组织及乳腺纤腺瘤组织,(P<0 .0 5 ) ;有腋窝淋巴结转移组的乳腺癌中其表达率明显高于无腋窝淋巴结转移组(P<0 .0 5 ) ;乳腺癌组织中survivin蛋白的表达与组织学分级、临床病理分期及淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0 .0 5 )。在癌旁组织及乳腺纤维腺瘤中未检测到survivin蛋白。结论:乳腺癌组织中survivin表达上调,并参与乳腺癌的发生发展,是诊断乳腺癌和判断其预后的重要参考指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of inhibitor of apoptosis protein survivin and determine its role in carcinogenesis and progression in breast cancer. Methods The expressions of survivin were detected by immunohistochemistry and Western blotting in 54 samples of breast cancer (33 samples with axillary lymph node metastasis) and 15 samples of breast fibroadenma. Results The positive expression rate of survivin was 72.5% in breast carcinoma tissues, it was significantly higher than that in paracarcinoma normal tissues and breast fibroadenma tissues (P<0.05). The positive expression rate of survivin in breast cancer with axillary lymph node metastasis was obviously higher than that without axillary lymph node metastasis (P<0.05). The expression of survivin in breast carcinoma was significantly associated with histological grades, pathological stages and lymph node metastasis (P<0.05). Conclusion The expression of survivin is increased in breast cancer. The survivin is involved in carcinogenesis and progression and could be a reliable indicator to diagnose and determine the prognosis of breast carcinoma.更多还原
