【摘要】 目的 :探讨牛黄羚贝消炎片对鸽气管纤毛运动及小鼠气管酚红排泄量的影响。方法 :利用气管纤毛运动带动墨汁的速度来测定药物的祛痰作用 ;采用酚红排出法测定酚红排泄量。结果 :牛黄羚贝消炎片 4、 2和1g· kg- 1剂量与对照组比较均明显延长墨汁向前运动的距离 (P<0 .0 1) ,牛黄羚贝消炎片 2、 1和 0 .5 g· kg- 1剂量气管酚红排泄量明显高于对照组 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :牛黄羚贝消炎片具有明显的祛痰作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the influences of Niuhuanglingbei Xiaoyanpian (NHLBXYP) on both pigeon trcheocilia activities and rat tracheophenolsulfonphthalein excretion quantity. Methods The function of eliminating phlegm was determined by tracheocilia activity to motivate ink′s speed, the rat phenolsulfonphthalein excretion quantity was detected by phenolsulfonphthalein excretion. Results The ink′s moving distance was obviously extended in NHLBXYP groups with doses of 4,2, and 1 g·kg -1, compared with control group (P<0.01). The tracheophenolsulfonphthalein excretion quantities in NHLBXYP groups with doses of 2.0,1.0,and 0.5 g·kg -1 were significantly higher than control group (P<0.01). Conclusion NHLBXYP has the function of eliminating phlegm.更多还原
