爆炸焊接2~#岩石铵梯炸药不稳定爆轰段界面结合质量研究

【摘要】 文章通过多次试验测试了2#岩石铵梯炸药的不稳定爆轰距离大约在26cm~28cm,并分析了炸药不稳定爆轰对爆炸焊接界面结合质量的影响规律。不稳定爆轰最初0~6cm,炸药的爆轰压力未达到材料的动态屈服极限,不能实现爆炸焊接,在不稳定爆轰6cm~28cm之间,不仅可以成功实现焊接,而且结合界面的结合质量要比稳定爆轰段界面结合质量高,其界面由微波状结合逐渐变为小波状结合。

【Abstract】 It is tested that the unsteady detonation distance of 2~# rock ammonium nitrate explosive is about 26cm~28cm by several experiments.The influence regularity of the unsteady detonation on the quality of the binding interface in explosive was obtained.There is no welding at the beginning(0~6cm)of the unsteady detonation because the detonation pressure is not beyond the dynamic yield strength.Not only does the explosive weld success fully between 6cm~28cm of it,but also the binding quality of the interface is higher than that of steady detonation,and the interfaces change from micro wavy to small wavy successively.
