台阶炮孔排间毫秒延时爆破爆堆形状的计算机模拟
Computer Simulation of Muck-pile Profile Resulted from Millisecond Delay Bench Blasting
【摘要】 爆堆形状与尺寸是台阶炮孔爆破效果的一种反映。基于沿岩石抛掷方向爆堆剖面轮廓线具有W e ibu ll分布函数曲线特征的假设,并综合考虑炸药爆炸性能与爆破设计参数、岩石(体)性质以及台阶自由面条件等因素的影响,建立了台阶炮孔爆破爆堆形状计算机模拟数学模型。鉴于纯理论分析分析方法尚不能确切反映上述因素与爆堆形状参数之间的关系,该模型的建立采用了理论分析和工程统计检验相结合的方法。对比预测与实测的结果表明,采用此模型预测台阶多排孔微差爆破的爆堆形状,能够基本满足爆破设计工作的要求,利于实现爆破设计的优化。
【Abstract】 The effectiveness of a bench blasting practice is to some degree represented by the size and profile of the muck-pile.It is assumed that the muck-pile profile along the direction of rock-mass movement during the process be consistent with a Weibull curve.Thereafter,on the basis of the effect of explosive product’s property,technical parameters of blasting,rock property and free face conditions,a model is esbablished for prediction of muck-pile profile of millisecond delay bench blasting.Theoretical analyses and statistical calculations are applied in establishing the model,since it is hard to use a theoretical method itself to carry out the work.It is found that,by comparing the surveyed muck-pile profile of a bench blasting test with the predicted one,the accuracy of this model is acceptable,and may optimize blasting design.
