【摘要】 笔者调查了北京地区小豆生产的基本情况、营销状况及产业化状况, 分析了北京地区小豆生产的自然资源、生产环境质量及生产基础和技术条件的资源优势, 进一步研究了小豆市场格局及国际、国内竞争力。提出北京地区要培育高科技含量的小豆品种, 走产业化道路, 实行标准化生产, 创绿色品牌特色。具体策略为: “公司+科研+基地+农户+标准化”模式, 即龙头企业带动, 科研单位的科研成果、人才和技术支撑, 稳定的规模化生产基地辐射周边农户参与订单, 并实行统一的标准化生产。更多还原
