【Abstract】 The agriculture, which has the multi-function, is the fundamental industry and is the foundation of our national economy. Besides supplying the foods and other agricultural product, agriculture has many functions such as retaining the territory resources, maintaining the water resources, protecting the natural environment, reforming the natural landscape, inheriting the traditional culture, slowing the social turbulence and so on, while these functions don’t come directly from the agricultural production. In the process of urbanization, Beijing should benefit from other developed countries.
