铝合金表面激光熔覆SiC复合涂层工艺研究
Study on Laser Cladding of SiC Composite Layer on Aluminium Alloy Surface
【摘要】 采用激光熔覆技术在铝合金表面制备S iC颗粒增强的N i基合金复合涂层,其中S iC粉末采用预置和同步送粉两种方法。试验结果表明,在激光功率P=1~2.5 kW、光斑直径d=3~5 mm、扫描速度v=2~3 mm/s工艺条件下,预置S iC粉末厚度1 mm或送粉量mp=15 g/m in,可以获得表面平、无裂和界面结合较好的熔覆层。
【Abstract】 Laser cladding of SiC Ni-based composite layer on aluminium alloy substrate was carried out by coaxial powder feeding or powder precoating of SiC particles in the mixture of nickel-based alloy.The experimental results indicated that laser power P=1~2.5kW;scanning velocity v=2~3mm/s;beam diameter d=3~5mm;powder precoating thickness 1mm or powder feeding rate m_p=15g/min could ensure high quality laser cladding.
