微等离子体增强电化学及其在表面技术中的应用
Micro-plasma-enhanced Electrochemistry and Its Application in Surface Engineering
【摘要】 微等离子体增强电化学过程可以产生多种物理化学效应,利用其效应发展了各种新兴的现代表面技术。论述了微等离子体增强电化学的产生途径及其过程的物理化学效应、以及在表面技术方面的应用和研究现状;并展望了它在表面技术方面的应用前景。
【Abstract】 In micro-plasma-enhanced electrochemical process,there are various physical and chemical effects which were used to develop new modern surface engineering.In this paper,much attention has been focused on the micro-plasma-enhanced electrochemistry.The mechanism,the physical and chemical effects,the applications in surface engineering and the present status were also reviewed.Meanwhile,the development of micro-plasma-enhanced electrochemistry in surface engineering was prospected.
