镁合金化学镀Ni-W-P合金的研究

【摘要】 为了在镁合金表面得到保护性镀层,研究了镁合金化学镀Ni W P的镀液组成和操作条件对镀速的影响,测定了镀层的厚度,显微硬度和结合力,利用X射线衍射(XRD)研究了镀层镀态的结构组织,镀层具有较高的硬度和优良的结合力,镀速由镀液组成的浓度控制。

【Abstract】 In order to obtain a protective plating on the surface of magnesium alloys,the influence of components and process parameters of electroless Ni-W-P plating bath for magnesium alloys on deposition rate was studied. The thickness,hardness adhesion strength of the coating have been measured. The microstructure of the deposits were studied by means of X-ray diffractometry.The hardness and adhension strength of the plating are well,and the deposition rate can be controlled by the concentration of the components. 
