毛状竹节形BN纳米管的制备与表征

【摘要】 采用机械球磨工艺,将块体的氧化硼在氮气气氛下先球磨100h,然后在1200℃、流动的氨气下热处理6h,成功的合成出竹节形貌的BN纳米管,且在纳米管的表面缠绕着大量的BN细丝。在扫描电镜(SEM)和透射电镜(TEM)下观察到纳米管长度为3~5μm,直径为80~120nm,细丝的直径近2~4nm,长度为200nm左右。选区电子衍射(SAED),高分辨透射电镜,能量损失谱分析表明,合成的纳米管及缠绕的细丝均为六方相BN晶体。

【Abstract】 Special-shaped boron nitride nanotubes with bamboo structure twisted tiny hire-like features have been successfully prepared by a ball-milling route. Boron oxide bulks were milled in nitrogen gas for 100h at room temperature and then heated at 1200℃ in the presence of ammonia gas flow. The BN nanotube is crystalline with hexagonal structure and has diameters ranging from 80 to 120nm and lengths up to 3~5μm. The tiny hire-like coatings are also hexagonal BN with typical lengths about 200nm and diameters less than 4nm.
