具有憎水性的无机/有机膜层的制备方法与研究进展

【摘要】 综述了近年来国内外关于材料表面憎水膜层的研究进展。介绍了具有憎水性能的有机膜层、无机膜层及有机无机复合膜层的制备方法,包括溶胶凝胶法、化学气相沉积法、电化学沉积法、化学镀膜法、化学吸附法、乳液聚合、悬浮聚合等,并总结归纳了这些方法的特点及其对表面膜层憎水性能的影响。展望了在材料表面憎水膜层向耐腐蚀、耐磨、高透光等功能膜层发展的趋势,同时对自洁、憎水憎油等方向发展的膜层进行了介绍。

【Abstract】 The recent domestic and foreign researches on hydrophobic films were reviewed. The preparation and performance of hydrophobic inorganic, organic and organic-inorganic composite films were introduced, including sol-gel method, chemical vapour deposition, electrochemistry deposition, chemical deposition, chemisorption, emulsion polymerization, suspension polymerization, etc. The characteristic of these preparation methods and the effects on the hydrophobic properties were discussed. The development of composite functions of hydrophobic films was viewed, such as resistance to chemical attack, resistance to wear, high light permeation,and the films which have self-cleaning and super-amphiphobic characteristics were introduced.
