自清洁玻璃制备工艺研究
The Research of Preparation Process of Self-cleaning Glass
【摘要】 将TiO2复合溶胶以1.0 m/min的玻璃行走速度喷涂在浮法原片上,经过105℃烘干,在300℃下热处理 10 min可以得到自清洁玻璃,其亲水性好,水接触角θ=0°,透明性好,可见光透过率85.3%,在可见光条件下甲 基橙分解时间48 h。在700℃钢化后可以得到自清洁钢化玻璃,其θ=0°,可见光透过率88.7%,甲基橙分解时间 28 h。在可见光条件下,玻璃表面具有超亲水性,可形成亲水膜,具有自清洁功能。AFM图像显示:玻璃表面 TiO2为球形颗粒,粒径为30 nm,膜厚53 nm。
【Abstract】 The self-cleaning glass were prepared by spraying TiO2 complex solution on the glass made in floating method at 1. 0m/min rate of glass running in line and drying at 105℃ , keeping 10 minutes at 300℃. The self - cleaning glass has a good hydrophilic property and its contact angle of waterθ= 0°, transparent and its permeation of visible light 85. 3%. Under visible light 90% decomposing time of methyl orange was 48h. After the treatment of high temperature at 700℃ the self-cleaning glass treated was get and its contact angle of water θ = 0°, the permeation of visible light 88. 7% and , 90% decomposing time of methyl orange was 28h. Under visible light the surface of self- cleaning glass has hydrophilic property and sheets the water membrane on the surface. AFM photos showed that TiO2 on the surface of self -cleaning glass were balls and the average diameters 30nm, the thickness of TiO2 membrane was 53nm.
