纤维直径及浸润剂对高强度玻璃纤维及其复合材料性能的影响
EFFECTS OF FILAMENT DIAMETER AND SIZING AGENT ON THE PROPERTIES OF HIGH STRENGTH GLASS FIBERSAND THEIR COMPOSITES
【摘要】 本文研究了不同直径系列及不同增强环氧型浸润剂系列对400孔高强度玻璃纤维及其复合材料性能的影响关系。通过原丝拉伸断裂强力及NOL环拉伸、剪切强度的对比,发现:①JA型浸润剂在拉丝工艺匹配和复合材料性能方面均明显优于FE-5浸润剂;②纤维直径在9~13μm范围内变化时,对高强度玻璃纤维复合材料的性能没有影响。
【Abstract】 This paper investigates the effects of different filament diameters and different sizing agents on the properties of high strength glass fibers drawn from 400-hole bushings and the composites made therefrom. The comparisons of tensile strength of glass fiber strands and tensile and shear strengths of NOL rings indicate: ① JA type sizing agent behaves clearly better than FE-5 type sizing agent both in fiber-forming process compatibility and in composite properties. ② When varied from 9 μm to 13μm, the filament diameter exhibits no effect on the properties of high strength glass fiber composites.
