纳米CdS/聚丙烯酸酯复合材料的制备
PREPARATION OF CdS/ POLYCRYLATE NANOCOMPOSITE
【摘要】 以自制的高固体分热固性丙烯酸树脂为基质,以醋酸镉、硫代乙酰胺等为原料,在丙酮和甲醇的水溶液中,一步法非常简便地制备了平均粒径为7nm的在聚合物基体中单分散的CdS纳米粒子。对CdS/聚丙烯酸酯复合材料,应用X-射线粉末衍射(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)、紫外-可见光谱(UV-V is)和荧光光谱(PL)进行了表征。研究结果表明,金属离子首先与聚合物的羧基络合,生成硫化物纳米微粒后,聚合物又包覆在纳米微粒的表面形成保护层。
【Abstract】 Photoluminescent semiconductor/copolymer nanocomposites with 7 nm CdS nanoparticle monodispersed in high-solid thermosetting acrylic polymers matrix and with thiacetamide and cadmium acetate,etc.as raw materials was prepared by a single-step method in water solution of acetone and methyl alcohol.XRD,TEM,UV-Vis and PL were employed for characterization of the products.The study result showed that the polyacrylate hydrolyzed and chelated metal ions by its carboxylic group and then,performed as a protection layer after the formation of nanoparticles.
