高含量连续玻璃纤维增强尼龙6复合材料成型工艺的研究
STUDY OF COMPOSITE MOULDING TECHNOLOGY FOR HIGH CONTENT CONTINUOUS GLASSFIBER REINFORCED NYLON 6
【摘要】 本文用毛细管流变仪和示差扫描量热计研究了尼龙6的流变特性与熔融行为,并进一步研究了尼龙6的成型工艺参数对复合材料性能的影响。发现尼龙6较好的成型工艺条件为238℃、1MPa和1h。
【Abstract】 The rheological characterization and multimelting behavior of PA-6 composites were stud ied by cap- illary rheometer and d ifferential scanning calorimetry (DSC). In add ition, the relation between the mould ing cond i- tion and composite properties was stud ied. And the bestmould ing cond ition for PA-6 composites is proved that the moud ing temperature is 238℃and mould ing pressure 1MPa with 1hour to keep them.
