高含量连续玻璃纤维增强尼龙6复合材料成型工艺的研究

In addition, the relation between the moulding condition and composite properties was studied. And the best moulding condition for PA-6 composites is proved that the mouding temperature is 238℃ and moulding pressure 1MPa with 1hour to keep them.

【摘要】 本文用毛细管流变仪和示差扫描量热计研究了尼龙6的流变特性与熔融行为,并进一步研究了尼龙6的成型工艺参数对复合材料性能的影响。发现尼龙6较好的成型工艺条件为238℃、1MPa和1h。
