玻璃钢电缆保护管试验及理论分析
TEST AND THEORETICAL ANALYSIS OF FRP CABLE PROTECTIVE PIPES WITH DIFFERENT SPECIFICATIONS
【摘要】 玻璃钢电缆保护管直径d为(50~200)mm,管子壁厚t为(2~12)mm,变化范围很大。管子压扁线载荷和环向刚度变化很大。压扁弯曲强度随d/t的变化也有一定变化。本文对一批试验结果进行了统计及理论分析,得出统计方程及理论计算结果与试验符合,在使用保护管时很有实用价值。
【Abstract】 The diameter of FRP cable protective pipes varies from 50 to 200 mm and the thickness of the pipe wall is from 2 to 12 mm. Then, their compression flat linear load and hoop rigidity also have a large scope. In this paper the statistics and theoretical analysis have been done and conforms to the test result, which gives much help for using protective pipes.
