嵌段共聚偶联剂的合成及其对玻纤/环氧复合材料性能的影响
SYNTHESIS OF A BLOCK COPOLYMER COUPLING AND ITS EFFECTS ON PROPERTIES OF GLASSFIBER/EPOXY COMPOSITES
【摘要】 本文用原子转移自由基聚合(ATRP)法合成了一种三嵌段共聚物大分子偶联剂聚苯乙烯2b2聚丙烯酸丁酯2b2聚γ2甲基丙烯酰氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷(PS2b2PBA2b2PMPS),用凝胶色谱(GPC)、红外光谱和核磁共振光谱证实了其结构,并研究了其对玻璃纤维/环氧树脂复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明,大分子偶联剂处理玻璃纤维使得玻璃纤维/环氧树脂复合材料弯曲强度和缺口冲击强度都得到了很大的提高。
【Abstract】 A tri-block copolymer macromolecular coupling of PS-b-PBA-b-PMPS has been synthesized by atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) and characterized by GPC, FTIR and 1H NMR. The macromolecular coupling is used to treat the surface of glassfiber and then used to study its effect on the mechanical properties of glassfiber/epoxy composites. The results show that the flexural strength and strength of notched specimens of glassfiber/epoxy composites are increased greatly by using the copolymer coupling.
