SiO2拼混树脂耐磨耐蚀性能的表征与评价
EROSION-CORROSION RESISTANCE CHARACTERIZATION AND EVALUATION OF SIO2 BLENDING RESINS
【摘要】 为提高三元复合管道衬里用树脂的尺寸稳定性和耐磨耐蚀性能,并降低系统成本,本文采用SiO2 粒子对树脂进行拼混,着重研究SiO2 填充对拼混树脂性能的影响。结果表明加入SiO2 降低了拼混树脂的吸水率,增强了静态抗腐蚀能力,降低了冲蚀作用。为提高三元复合管道衬里用树脂的尺寸稳定性和耐磨耐蚀性能,并降低系统成本,本文采用SiO2 粒子对树脂进行拼混,着重研究SiO2 填充对拼混树脂性能的影响。结果表明加入SiO2 降低了拼混树脂的吸水率,增强了静态抗腐蚀能力,降低了冲蚀作用。
【Abstract】 For the purpose of increasing size stabilization and erosion-corrosion resistance of resins lined in three element composite piping as well as reducing the cost of the system,the resins were blended and modified with SiO 2 particle.The effect of SiO 2 content on the properties of the blending resins was emphatically analyzed.The experiment results showed that the anti-water absorption,static corrosion resistance and erosion-corrosion resistance of the blending resins increased with SiO 2 content.
