【Abstract】 Internet has brought people great advantage and space for development, but also resulted in various crimes in networks. Compared to traditional crime, crime in networks is characterized by the concealment of criminal means, the high intelligence of criminals, the gravity of harm caused by crime, and the transience of crime itself. There are various reasons for crime in networks, but its root is moral. The weakening of the sense of morality and responsibility caused by the dummy of internet, too tolerant attitude adopted by people to crime in network owing to their incorrect moral concept of networks, and the serious insufficiency of study and education of network ethic, have made crime in networks increasingly rampant.
