【Abstract】 To strengthen the quality of editorial staff,the paper presents comprehensive evaluation method for examining editors’ professional level.This method is quantitative examining method,which emphasizes objective facts.It includes: 1) evaluating on the periodical performance,2) evaluating on the achievement of editors,3) evaluating on the professional ability of editors.A mathematic model is given.It will be helpful for management and examination of editorial work.更多还原
