【Abstract】 For the purposes of taping the potentialities of top journals and improving the core competitive power,we should pay much attention to re-recognize the heart of implications and the value of top journals.The four elements of the core competitive power of the sci-tech periodicals are human resources,management strategies,administrative system and new ideas.Integration of these four elements is the core of competitive power.According to above four elements,the author discusses some reform proposals to improve the core competitive power of top journals.更多还原
