【摘要】 为了更加全面、精确地了解请作者提供参考文献原文首页(期刊)或版权页(书籍)复印件这项工作对科技论文参考文献编校质量的影响,2002年应用复印件比对修回稿件的参考文献,统计作者复印件的提供率及依据复印件而发现的错漏情况。结果发现,复印件的提供率为92.78%,存在错漏的参考文献计459条,参考文献总体错漏率达28.02%;因此,由作者提供参考文献首页复印件,再经责任编辑逐条核对,可以避免这种现象,大幅度提高科技论文参考文献的编校质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 To better evaluate the practice of asking the contributors to supply the photocopies of the first page/copyright page of the literatures they quoted and to estimate its significance pertaining to the editing quality of the Journal of Xuzhou Medical College, the authors made statistical studies by contrasting the original messages in the photocopies against those the authors entered in the reference list of their revised manuscripts, which we edited in the year of 2002.It was found that the authors’ response rate being 92.78%.There were 1 638 reference entries in the 263 articles edited and 459 faulty ones with mistakes, the faulty rate being 28.02%.It is believed that asking the contributors to photocopy the first page of the literatures quoted for reference, let the duty editor check up the entries in the manuscripts item by item, the common faults made in the references of sci-tech papers can surely be minimized or avoided, with the quality of references evidently improved.更多还原
