BaTiO3纳米粉体及其陶瓷的制备和介电性能

【摘要】 采用溶胶 凝胶(Sol gel)法制备BaTiO3纳米粉体及其陶瓷。通过XRD、SEM和TEM对Ba3TiO3粉体及其陶瓷进行了表征,并测试了陶瓷的介电性能。研究了预烧温度和烧结温度对BaTiO3粉体及其陶瓷微观结构和介电性能的影响。结果表明: 950℃预烧 2h的BaTiO3粉体主要为四方相,其尺寸为 60nm左右,经 1 300℃烧结 2h的BaTiO3陶瓷具有高的介电常数(10 820)和小的介电损耗(0. 01)。

【Abstract】 The BaTiO3 nanometer-sized powders and ceramics were prepared by sol-gel method. The powders and ceramics were characterized by XRD, SEM and TEM methods. The dielectric properties of the ceramics were also determined. The influences of calcining and sintering temperature on the microstructure and dielectric properties of the powders and ceramics were studied. The results showed that the powders of which the grain size was about 60 nm calcined at 950 ℃ for 2 h were mainly composed of tetragonal BaTiO3 phase and the ceramics sintered at 1 300 ℃ for 2 h exhibited high dielectric constant (εmax=10 820) and low dielectric loss(0.01).
