【摘要】 随着知识经济的来临,社会发展对创新型人才的需求不断增加。西部高等师范教育由于自身的发展特点,在培养创新型人才方面存在四个方面的问题,即发展不平衡、存量资源不足、教育质量不高以及学科结构和课程结构不合理。培养创新型人才,要求西部高等师范教育转变观念,树立素质教育观,重新定位,综合发展,积极探索,在教学内容和手段上不断创新。更多还原

【Abstract】 The society needs more and more innovative talents along with the coming of the sciential economy. There are four kinds of problems in the western higher normal education because of its own characteristic, that is, imbalance development, the lack of resource, the poor quality of education, illogical educational structure. In order to train the innovative talents, we should try our best to improve the western higher normal education in three aspects.
