【摘要】 排球俱乐部的建立和发展是我国市场经济和体育体制改革的产物,它代表着未来我国排球运动发展的必然取向。但是,作为社会子系统体育的一个分支,其在发展过程中也受到我国经济、文化、体制、项目普及程度及自身特点等因素的制约。通过对这些的因素分析,结合我国排球俱乐部发展的现实背景,提出了俱乐部今后发展的对策。旨在为我国排球俱乐部的健康、持续、快速发展提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The establishment and development of volleyball club is seen as one of the outcomes of the reforms of market economy and sport system in China, which represents the imperative trend of the Chinese volleyball development. However, as one of sub-division of sport system, the development of the volleyball club have to be restrained by the various factors, such as economy, culture, system, the popularity of sport event, and the characteristics of volleyball. Based on the analysis of above factors, with the combination of the practical situation of Chinese volleyball club, several development strategies were proposed, in order to provide scientific references for the healthy, sustainable, rapid development of volleyball.更多还原
